• Forward the lease and security deposit to you

Full Service Leasing and Property Management

The Home Locators full Leasing and Property Management package includes all services listed in the Lease Only category plus:

• We notify the tenant of your decision to hire Home Locators with an official notice as well as a friendly call to introduce ourselves (this is for our owners who have existing tenants in their rental home). 
• We will collect the rent
• We coordinate maintenance
• Establish electronic banking with the home owner to ensure the fastest payment of rents possible
• Establish online access to billing and maintenance information
