Home Locators Leasing and Property Management services

   We provide our innovative services to the owners of residential property throughout the Tampa Bay area.  Home Locators leases, manages and sells residential property to investors.

   We have owned and managed rental property for decades. Our company has been in business since 1986 and serving the Tampa Bay area since 1998. We currently manage over 400 privately-owned homes as well as lease a portfolio of 500 additional properties. Our experience will help you make better decisions about how to handle your property and maximize your opportunities.

   We are actively involved with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM)®, Florida Association of Residential Property Managers (FARPM)® and the National Association of Realtors (NAR)®.   Our Managing Broker, Carolyn Rilling, has served on the board of the Tampa Bay Chapter of NARPM.

    Our executives and staff members alike regularly participate in training and continuing education courses. Through professional development training, we continue to enhance our knowledge in areas such as: fair housing, mold, wrongful eviction, marketing, background checks, current market statistics and investment property trends.  This emphasis on training and industry-specific topics helps us to remain on the leading edge of the dynamic field of Property Management and rental real estate in Tampa Bay.

    You are provided with an Owner's access to our internet portal and receive reporting on your account including income, expenses and maintenance items.  We can communicate and work together on projects involving your property.  You can see your ledger and access your financial documents from the Owner's Portal.

For Our Renters:

   Being a Resident in a home managed by Home Locators offers many advantages and assurances.  We want to ensure you are comfortable and happy in your home.  Over the years, we have offered rental homes for literally thousands of tenants and we take pride in offering you the finest service available anywhere.
