To apply for a home, simply view the listing you are interested in our web site and select the 'Apply' button and complete the application
Please read and complete the application carefully.
The fee for each adult applicant (18 years or older) is $60. To expedite the processing of your application, we glady accept your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card.
If you wish to pay the application fee in person or through the mail, please ensure you are using CERTIFIED FUNDS (money order or cashier's check). For the safety of our employees, we cannot accept cash payments. No application processing can begin prior to receipt of your application fee. Normally, we can fully process your application within two business days or less.
It is also important to note that we will need to use two recent pay stubs as verification of income. Please include your pay stubs with your application.
