Our experienced professional property managers are here to assist you with any situation that might develop. Our property managers are field-based - not simply behind a desk. While they are often required to be out of the office, each property manager’s phone number automatically forwards calls to their cell phone. Our property managers are assisted by a dedicated staff of administrative professionals in our offices. You also receive the services of our licensed Rental Specialists who help us aggressively market and rent your property. Detailed Applicant screening and background checks

We thoroughly screen all applicants for acceptable credit, legal filings, judgments and any eviction filings. We verify their landlord and employment references as well as ensure they are not listed as a registered sex offender with local authorities. Home Locators' property managers are available to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day. Our goal is to ensure the comfort, safety and happiness of our residents. A happy resident is a potential long-term resident.

Our office is staffed from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Most tasks, communications and transactions can be handled through our full-service web site 24 hours a day.
